How many of you buckle your child in a carseat?

How many of you put your child(4yrs old or older) in a child safety seat. Is it a backless booster seat, a booster seat using only the seatbelt positioner,or a booster seat with a five point harness? How old is your child, and what is his/her weight and height? How long do plan on keeping your child in a child safety seat?

My daughter is just over two and the law here required them to be in a seat until 8 years old. That is what we will follow.
