I wonder if anyone has found lowcost veternarian care in Portland Oregon, and would share where? I need info?

I need a health certificate for my dog (maybe cat) to fly with me to Mexico. Need ASAP, thank you!

When I got my dog a health certificate to move to Alaska from Fairview (aka Portland, but you should know that) OR I went to a clinic called 12 Mile Animal Clinic.

I was very pleased with their service, very clean, quick, knowledgeable and kind.
My entire bill for that day came to 87 or so dollars (this included her rabies and all necessary vaccinations to get her up to date to even GET the health cert.) I believe just the certificate is a minimalistic 20-30 bucks.
