Can you use wood chips left over from wood chipping tree limbs and trees on your flower bed or in garden?
or will the wood chips attract termites?
was thinking could at least spread them out in the woods have behind the house…but if really are dangerous to even have on your property is it much better to have them hauled away?

WILL MAKE THE SOIL MORE ACIDIC OR LESS ACIDIC AND WHY?
they can be used as mulch around established plants, not new sprouts or newly planted ones….. they should not be mixed with soil, as they will draw nitrogen from the soil to start their own decomposition…… on top of the soil, they can only draw from that little bit of surface soil and a bit of fertilizer will counteract the fertilizer draw……
another good use is for a pathway this year, then mulch next year…..that gives it time to decay a little and be useful, too, at the same time…..
or just pile it up somewhere and let it sit for a year… then use it as you will….just not mixed with soil….
