Selling condo house real estate please read on?
If I am selling a condo to a buyer for 450,000 and they put down a down payment of 20 percent. Lets say they sign the contract for 450,000 and then get it appraised and the man says it is worth 400,000.
My question is can she back out of the deal and get her deposit back? Thank you.

Unfortunately, probably. Check the real estate contract you signed. It probably says one of the items it is subject to is it appraises for at least the contract price. Sorry.
