My mother left me, the nearness? Or is it normal?

My mom has always been the type of over-protection. I have 15 years and I can can go a block in front of my house, if I have someone with me and get very little time on one side (unless under the gaze of our house) I can not accept jobs rides, nothing too far from home without a partner. My house is feeling like my prison, and all I want to give me a little freedom. It is not about trust, I just I want to go short distances (usually the dollar or the library) I like long walks on arrival, but can not. I want to know if the license is normal or if the short term? It feels too short for me, but other children the same? HES I have a brother and I usually carry around, often remains inside.

I think it leaves too short to keep you. Parents should take care of their children, but this is too much, you are entitled to some freedom. I think it's time to sit and have a conversation.
