What is the brand name (or perhaps "design") of painted blue and white bowls that were popular?

They are ceramic or sandstone, and came in some blue and white spots or patches of red and white and are quite ugly and super popular. There is a possibility that the parties have been sold as holiday Tupperware, which may or may not have been called byes. Do you have any idea what I'm talking about?
