cat health questions vet
vet techs/cat experienced:health question,please!?

i found some stray kittens.they now have homes.i had them confined to a bathroom.they are now rehomed as of this morning.they seemed well, but i cant be sure.im mopped the floor and would like to put my cats litter box back in the same bathroom, where it used to be.i cleaned the floor at 11 this morning.can i let my cat into that room now?he has been confined to a bedroom while i boarded the kittens.my cat is up to date.the kittens were de wormed by my vet,but the cost of their shots will have to go to their new owners.i have no reason to believe they were ill,but just to be sure, how long should i wait b4 allowing my cat access to that room? thanx! ps-no haters, please! i saved these cats from dying in the cold, but i could not afford tests/shots for 5 kittens.i did my best.putting this here in case any1 writes “dont take them in if u cant afford them.”the alternative was to watch them starve/freeze on my doorstep!

Hi,
Clorox will kill all germs..you can you clorox and water on the floor and clorox clean up in a spray bottle on other surfaces..
You did a wonderful thing..don’t worry about not being able to afford the shots..you saved them which is more than most people would do.
